Welcome to Padhye Education (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website (padhyeeducation.com) or booking any test series through us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Our Services

Padhye Education provides access to online mock test series (including but not limited to NEET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced) designed to help students prepare for competitive entrance examinations. Upon successful payment, students are provided with login credentials to access the test on our designated test platform.

2. Booking and Payment

  • To book a test, you must provide accurate personal details, including your full name and a valid email address.
  • Payment must be made in full through our payment gateway at the time of booking. We currently accept payments via Card and UPI through our secure payment partner.
  • Booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
    The amount payable for each test type is clearly displayed on the booking form before payment.

3. Test Access and Login Credentials

  • Upon successful payment, test login credentials will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
  • Credentials are typically shared within 24 hours of successful payment. In case of any delay, students may contact our support team for assistance.
  • Login credentials are strictly for the use of the individual who made the booking and must not be shared with any other person.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access if credentials are found to be shared or misused.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access the test platform.
  • Students must complete the test within the time period/window specified on the test platform.
  • Any technical issues on the student’s end (device, internet, browser compatibility) are not the responsibility of Padhye Education.

5. Accuracy of Information

Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information (name and email) at the time of booking. Padhye Education is not responsible for failure to deliver test credentials due to incorrect information provided by the student.

6. Intellectual Property

All test content, questions, solutions, and related materials provided through our platform are the intellectual property of Padhye Education and/or its content partners. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of test content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality test series, Padhye Education does not guarantee any specific exam result, rank, or outcome based on the use of our test series. Our services are intended as a preparation aid only.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate [Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including test availability and pricing, at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
